The Premium-5 digital Alternating air mattress overlay system combines a range of features to provide pressure care for people with exisiting pressure areas or at high risk of developing a pressure ulcer.

Premium-5 digital has 18 double density high capacity transverse cells which are 125mm in height, and provide alternating air to one in two cells every 12 minutes. It includes 3 static head cells and 6 sacral low air loss cells.

The Premium-5 digital has spring loaded anti kink hose sections and doubled flanged T connectors provide for easy removal and no air loss. An air shut off valve allows for adjustment in the length of the overlay to suit different bed base sizes.

Premium-5 digital base section features heavy duty straps which go completely under the mattress to bond securely together.

A CPR tag ensures the system can be deflated in under 20 seconds in the event of a cardic emergency.

Premium-5 digital top cover cover is a multi  stretch fabric which is anti sheer, vapour permeable, water resistant, and it has infection control side flaps and taped seams.

The Premium-5 digital control unit provides additional features to assist with providing optimal pressure care. The digital control unit automatically adjusts with the users movements on the overlay, and it has audio and visual alarms including power down, low/high pressure and alternation alerts. There is an automatic static air pressure cutout after 20 minutes for patient safety.

The Premium-5 digital system is completely modular to ensure easy component replacement. The system is easy to set up and operate and it is supplied with a good quality carry case, laminated quick set up guide, and detailed instruction manual.

Accessories available for the Premium-5 digital include the concave positioning cover wich has intergrated foam buffers to prevent the user from rolling off the side, and a square or round hook for attaching the control unit to the bed.
