Rehabilitation Appliances Programme and Home Modifications
The Department of Veterans Affairs provides aids and equipment to Gold and White Card holders with a clinically assessed need. The range of appliances, include walking frames, continence products and oxygen based on a referral from a Local Medical Officer or health professional (e.g. an occupational therapist).

Office of Hearing Services
Manages the issuing of hearing service payments for eligible clients to access hearing assessments and devices from hearing service providers of their choice. The services include hearing assessments, the cost of the hearing device and its fitting, and the government contribution to the maintenance and repair of hearing devices.

Continence Aids and Assistance Scheme (CAAS)
An Australian Government program that assists eligible people who have permanent and severe incontinence to meet the cost of continence products. CAAS clients receive a subsidy of up to $470 per year on continence products ordered through Intouch.
