Cheques and Postal Money Orders:
We do accept Cheques or money orders as payment for all product orders. To pay the old fashioned way using a cheque or money order simply select "Cheque or Money Order" on the payment page of the order form and include this with your payment. Once you have fully submitted your order by email or fax or phone you will receive notification of your order being received. The product will be shipped once payment has been received at our end. This does slow the process down by 3 to 5 days. It is wise to check with us by phone 3 to 4 days later.

There is no GST tax on medical and rehab products sold by accessibility.com.au with the exception of a few items falling in the category of potential non-medical use. There is GST on shipping and the GST is inclusive in the pricing provided to you within our shopping cart.

We try to carry most items in stock with our key manufacturers but as our range is large and growing this will not always be possible. We work on a maximum 4 week order fulfilment capacity with our manufacturers in the case of any item not being in stock. All parcels are calculated by "weight and destination postcode" via the online shopping cart calculator. Your delivery prices start as low as $5.50. Shipping costs for additional items are calculated by weight and added to the cost of the first item. Buying in volume will mean you save on shipping costs, which means great value for money.
Depending on where you are located and if the product is in stock the lead time should take approx 1-2 working days to pack and ship your order. Shipping timeframes include 1 day for Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane and 1 extra day for Perth, Darwin and Canberra. Hobart can be three extra days if customs is involved. For regional towns and rural areas there are extra shipping days as required.
Most items will arrive on your doorstep 5-7 business days after you place your order.
Special shipping with a truck and two men is required for the larger rehab and mobility products such as scooters lift chairs, power wheelchairs, mobile hoists and beds. These products will arrive via a freight company in 7-14 business days from when they leave the manufacturer. The freight company will contact you when the item has arrived at the freight facility in your area to schedule a specific delivery time convenient for you.
