Access:
There is outdoor ramp access from the Swanston Street Bridge. The ramp is steep and long. There is level access from Queen Street. There is level access from the Yarra boardwalk.
There is bridge wheelchair access over the Yarra River from Flinders Street Station.
Inside the Shopping Centre, there is access via lift or stair or escalator to each level.
Toilets:
There are accessible toilets on the Promenade and Mid levels. There are no accessible toilets on the upper level or the beacon level.
Vehicle:
There are accessible car parks in the carpark stations, located in the Southbank precinct (Riverside Quay Carpark, ground level).
Train:
Flinders Street is accessible. There is wheelchair access from Flinders St Station via ramps and a pedestrian bridge over the Yarra River to the Shopping Centre.
Lightrail:
Trams operate along the Swanston Street Bridge.
