Access:
All main entrances have level access. There are 2 levels that can be accessed by lift and escalator. There are 2 lifts located throughout the Shopping Centre. There are good, wide, continuous paths of travel.

Toilets:
There are accessible toilets at the food court and near Kmart (lower level); and near Franklins Fresh (upper level).
Vehicle:
There is accessible carparking in red and yellow carparks (level 1), outside of Village Cinemas (level 1), blue carrpark (level 2), and rooftop carpark (level 3). All accessible carparks are adjacent to the Centre entrances.
Carpark entrances are from Doncaster Rd, Williamsons Road, Goodson Rd.
Bus:
There is a bus stop adjacent to the entrance near Myer (upper level) and an airport bus pick up outside the Myer entry (lower level).
