Access to the cinema’s is via the car park at the rear of the complex which leads to a lift up to the cinema’s or via a lift off the Chapel Street entry. The only access from Toorak Road is via escalators.

All cinema’s have wheelchair accessible seating. A portable hearing loop is available however it should be pre organised prior to arrival.
Toilets:
There is a unisex wheelchair accessible toilet located within a restaurant that is no longer in use, a short distance from the foyer.
Vehicle:
Accessible carparking is located adjacent to the cinema in the carpark located at the rear of the complex.
Bus:
No regular accessible bus service operates to this cinema.
