Access:
The entrance to the gardens is wheelchair accessible. The surface is made of compacted gravel. Wheelchair entry to the building is from the rear. The path of travel at the ground level of the Observatory is suitable. There is no wheelchair access (stairs) to the upper level.
Toilets:
There is an accessible toilet at the rear of the building.
Vehicle:
Park along Watsons Road or Upper Fort Road. There are no accessible carparks.
Bus:
Wheelchair accessible buses operate on routes 390, 392, 393, 399 (Circular Quay to Kingsford and Prince Henry Hospital); route 888 (City shuttle service between Circular Quay & Pyrmont). Take a taxi or travel along Argyle St. to Observatory.
Train:
Circular Quay Railway Station is fully accessible (easy access station). The Taxi rank is located opposite Circular Quay on Alfred Street.
Ferry:
Alight at Circular Quay - all ferry wharves are accessible. Take a taxi.
