Description:

The QVB fills an entire city block bound by George, Market, York and Druitt Streets. The dominant feature is the mighty centre dome, consisting of an inner glass dome and an exterior copper- sheathed dome.

Contains:

5 levels of specialty shops.Come in and enjoy a leisurely Sunday of shopping and soothing jazz entertainment every Sunday at QVB, from 12noon until 3pm. Peformances are free and take place on Level 1 and 2, adjacent to the cafes.

Access:

Level entry from George, Market, King and York Streets. 3 Lifts to all levels. Escalators access all levels. Take middle lift and lift nearest Market Street to access the carpark.

Toilets:

Accessible toilet on lower ground 2, near the middle lift.

Vehicle:

Accessible carparks underneath QVB (Queen Victoria Building), 130 York Street, entry from York Street. A Taxi rank is at rear of QVB on York Street, and on Market Street b/w Pitt & George Street.

Bus:

Wheelchair accessible bus on route 441 (Balmain District to QVB); route 100 (Dee Why, City, Airport); route 178 (Dee Why to Town Hall); route 175 (Warringah Mall to Town Hall), route 888 (QVB to Circular Quay).

Train:

Alight at Town Hall Station, use new lifts to access George Street or use the lifts at QVB.

Monorail:

From Central Station, take Monorail to City Centre Station. Use lift or stairs to Pitt Street level (near corner of Pitt & Market)
