There is level entry to the ground floor Reception. There is access to all 3 floors via lift. There are audio visual displays on all floors. There is a hearing loop in the AGL theatre. The MOS café in the front courtyard has wheelchair access.

Nearest parking station is the 117 Macquarie Street and 89-91 Quay Street. Taxi ranks are located at Governor Macquarie Tower on Hunter Street and on Alfred Street, opposite Circular Quay).
