Commenced in 1793, it was the home of John and Elizabeth Macarthur, pioneers of the Australian wool industry.

Access:

There is level entry to the Reception. Some of the pathways are uneven due to the cobblestones. There is a ramp into the farm house. All areas are accessible except the kitchen, which can be viewed from the doorway. There are accessible toilets in the male and female toilets.

Vehicle:

There is parking available on Alice Street, but there is no designated accessible parking.

Bus:

Catch the RiverCat from Circular Quay and then the Parramatta Explorer Bus.

Train:

30 minutes by train. The nearest accessible railway station is Parramatta (easy access station).
