Access:
Most major entries are from the carpark levels. All entries are level. There are lifts and escalators to every level. There are good paths of travel to lifts and escalators. The lifts are located at either ends of the Shoppingtown.
Assistance: Wheelchairs, power shoppers are available free of charge at the Customer Service Desk. For bookings please call 02 9344 6766. There is also a free Welcome Wagon to take people to and from their car. Either hail driver or ask at Customer Service Desk. The Customer Service Desk is located on level 2, next to the escalator.
Toilets:
There is an accessible toilet and baby care room opposite Kmart on level 1. There is an accessible toilet adjacent to Franklins on level 2.
Vehicle:
Accessible carparks are located near all main entries from carpark levels. Entry to the carpark is via Bunnerong Road, Wentworth Ave and Banks Ave. The taxi rank is on level 1 of the shopping centre. The taxis access the rank from Bunnerong Road. The taxi rank is under shelter and has rest seats. A lift is directly adjacent to taxi rank.
Bus:
The bus waiting area is on level 1 and level 2 of the shopping centre (Bunnerong Road end). The bus areas are under shelter and have rest seats. A lift is directly adjacent to the bus waiting areas.Use wheelchair accessible bus route 391-(La Perouse, Eastgardens, Circular Quay); and route 390/392- (Little Bay, Eastgardens, Circular Quay).
