Accessible carparks are located on carpark levels underneath Westfields The accessible carparks are adjacent to lifts, and are located on the green, blue and purple levels of the Albert Avenue Carpark.

Timetable wheelchair accessible services operate on route 136 (Manly to Chatswood via Dee Why and Frenchs Forest), routes 143, 144 (Manly to Chatswood via Crows Nest and Royal North Shore Hospital).
Train:
Chatswood Station is not accessible for wheelchairs. The nearest accessible Station is St Leonards.
