There is wheelchair entry from Churchill Avenue and the Boulevard. There is a lift, ramp, and moving walkway that access the upper level carparks.

Accessible parking is located on the 1st and 2nd levels, in the middle of the carpark, adjacent to the ramp/moving walkway entrance. A lift also serves the roof, 1st and 2nd carpark levels.
Bus:
A major bus interchange is located adjacent to Strathfield Railway Station. The wheelchair accessible bus routes 401, 402, 403 leaves from the otherside of the Station. This service operates between Strathfield, Homebush Bay and Lidcombe.
Train:
The nearest fully accessible railway station is Strathfield (easy access) - 100 metres travel from the Plaza.
