Access:
There is level access from Riley Street and Henry Street into the Plaza. The Plaza entries from the accessible carparks are level. Lifts and escalators access each level.

The Plaza carpark has accessible carparks spaces. The accessible carparks are located either adjacent to level entry into the Plaza or a lift to access each level of the carpark and shopping level. Entry into the carpark is from Jane Street.Taxis ranks are located on Jane St, outside of Franklins; and on Riley St, outside of Target.
Bus:
The bus interchange is located on Jane St, adjacent to Penrith Plaza and the Railway Station. There are no accessible wheelchair buses that operate in this area. Other bus services run along Riley Street. Use the shopping centre ground level entry/exit on the lower level of the shopping centre to access Jane St and Riley St.
Train:
The Penrith Railway Station is located on Jane St, adjacent to Penrith Plaza. Penrith Station is an Easy Access Station. Enter the Station from Jane Street.
