Wheelchair level entry from Darling Drive, and Darling Harbour. There are good paths of travel to lifts, which access each level. Lifts are located in the middle of the Shopping Centre

There are accessible toilets on both levels.
Vehicle:
Accessible carparks at Novotel Carpark. Entry to the carparks is from Murray Street. Use walkover bridge to top level of Harbourside. Vehicle set down and taxi rank at the rear of the shopping centre, off Darling Drive.
Bus:
There is a wheelchair accessible bus route 888, which operates between Circular Quay and Star City.
Lightrail:
From Central Station, alight at Haymarket Station and catch the Monorail (Haymarket Station to Harbourside Station.
Monorail:
Alight at Harbourside Station.
Ferry:
Accessible ferry wharf at Darling Harbour, in front of shopping centre.
