Access:
The major pedestrian entry is from Old Northern Road. This entry to the Piazza area is wheelchair accessible. All levels are accessible via lift and escalator.
Assistance: Wheelchairs, stroller are available free of charge at the Customer Service Desk. For bookings please call (02) 9899 5916. The Customer Service Desks are located on level 3, near Kmart.

Vehicle:
Accessible carparks are located throughout the building. The accessible carparks are adjacent to lifts. Entries to carparks are from Castle Place, Castle Street.
Bus:
The bus area is on Old Castle Hill Rd, outside of cinemas 11-15. Access to this area from the cinemas 11-15 is via stairs and escalators. People in wheelchairs will need to travel to the Piazza area (level 4 - cinemas 1-10) and exit the shopping centre at Old Northern Rd entry/exit (travel 100 metres to bus area). There is another bus waiting area near the Pennant Street entry on level 3.
Train:
The nearest railway station that is accessible (easy-access) is Pennant Hills Station or Blacktown.
