Access:
The major pedestrian entry is from Bay Street, via escalator or lift.Other entrances are from carpark levels. There are 3 lifts that access all levels (near Rebel, North Carpark, Bay Street Entry).
Assistance: Wheelchairs, strollers, power shoppers are available free of charge at the Customer Service Desk. For bookings please call (02) 9212 3333. The Customer Service Desk is located on level 1, at the top of the travelator.

There are accessible toilets on ground level, level 1 and level 2.
Vehicle:
Accessible carparks are throughout levels of level 2 North Carpark. There are accessible carparks on ground red level for BiLo, Coles, post office (lift access). There are accessible carparks on level 1 green for Kmart, Freedom Furniture (lift access). There are accessible carparks on level 2 yellow for Hoyts, food court (lift access). There are also accessible carparks on the roof level (ramp access). Entry to the carpark is from Bay St.
Bus:
Wheelchair accessible routes along Parramatta road corridor are under development. Bus waiting areas located on Broadway, adjacent to the shopping centre.
Train:
The nearest accessible railway station is Central Station.
