This shopping centre is confusing to travel around. The main entry is from Roseby Street via ramp and lift. The lift nearest Roseby Street accesses the clipper deck (level 3), fleet street level (level 2), rowe street level (level 1). Older stores on levels 2 & 3 have high thresholds at the doorways and are not wheelchair accessible. Rowe Street is not wheelchair accessible. Use lifts on level 2 to access level 1. Use the lift on level 2 to access Spotlight (level 3). Assistance: Wheelchairs are available free of charge at Centre Management level 3). Ring ahead to book wheelchairs. Call 9181 3922.

There are accessible toilets on level 2 (fleet street level) and level 3 (clipper deck level).

Accessible carparks are located off Roseby Street. Use the zebra crossing to access the ramp into the shopping centre. Use the lift to access all levels.

There are no wheelchair accessible buses but catch the bus that operates on routes 500, 501, 504, 506 from the City.

The nearest accessible railway station is Town Hall or Central Station.

Catch the Ferry from Circular Quay to Birkenhead Point wharf. Note the Birkenhead Point wharf has no wheelchair access (stairs) to the shopping centre.
