Access:
Wheelchair accessible entrances to the Plaza are from the carparks on the ground and upper levels. There are good paths of travel within the Plaza. However, though there are escalators and travelators, there is no lift to access the upper level from the ground level. The only way to access the upper level (Target) is to use the carpark on the upper level. Access to Franklins is via the ground level entry.

There is an accessible toilet on the ground level.
Vehicle:
Accessible carparks are located on the ground level, adjacent to the entry. The are additional accessible carparks on ground level, at the rear of the Plaza. Accessible carparks are located on the upper level, adjacent to the entry. Entry to the carparks is via Hume Highway.
Train:
The nearest fully accessible railway station is Bankstown Railway Station.
