The Ensemble Theatre is idyllically located on Careening Cove and offers superb harbour views. The auditorium is one of Sydney’s most intimate with 216 seats arranged in three blocks of seating around the stage.
Arrive early and enjoy a drink and a snack in the foyer bar before the show or stay for a night cap after the performance.
Access:
There is level access for wheelchairs from McDougall Street into the box office area.
Seating:
There is wheelchair access into the theatre. The wheelchair seating area is accessible and has good sight-lines. Phone ahead and inform box office of special seating requirements (ph.02 9929 8877). There is a hearing loop. It covers the full area with exception of the outer extremities of the seating area & the front row.
Toilets:
Contact staff to assist with the location of the accessible toilet (via the stage door).
Vehicle:
There are accessible carparks on McDougall Street, in front of the theatre.
Bus:
There is no nearby accessible bus route.
Train:
Milson's Point train station is 5 minutes away. Staff should be contacted if you require the use of the lift.
