The venue is very comfortable with air-conditioning, plush seats, a large foyer with licensed bar and balcony area - offering one of the most relaxed and enjoyable Sydney theatre experiences. Every seat is a good one in this intimate 111-seat theatre, and the large stage size allows for great variation of production styles.
Access:
Darlinghurst Theatre Company is situated upstairs at 19 Greenknowe Avenue Potts Point. There is special access lift installed for disable patrons to access the theatre level, and once there, there is a secondary entrance to the theatre proper, allowing easy wheelchair access.
Seating:
The front rows of theatre seating are removable, allowing for wheelchairs to replace front row seating.
Toilets:
The theatre has disabled toilet facilities.
Vehicle:
There is a loading zone directly in front of the theatre entrance which can be used for easy drop off and pick up of disabled patrons, after which, there is easily accessible onstreet parking and a parking station (which affords a discount to theatre patrons).
Bus:
The 311 bus which runs from either Railway Square or Circular Quay, stops directly opposite the theatre entrance.
