Ground level wheelchair accessible entry from High Street to the box office. There is wheelchair access to the seating area.

Phone ahead of arrival (02 4721 5423), so staff can remove seats from a designated wheelchair seating area. There is no hearing loop.

Vehicle:
Accessible carparks are located in the adjacent ground level of the Penrith Plaza carpark. Taxis ranks are located on Jane Street outside of Franklins; and on Riley Street, outside of Target.
Bus:
The bus interchange is located on Jane Street, adjacent to Penrith Plaza and the Railway Station. There are no accessible wheelchair buses that operate in this area. Other bus services run along Riley Street.
Train:
The Penrith Railway Station is located on Jane Street, adjacent to Penrith Plaza. Penrith Station is an Easy Access Station.
