One of the oldest Cottages in Sydney dating from 1816, Cadman's Cottage is a compact sandstone building located in the Rocks area.

Access:

Cadman's Cottage is not wheelchair accessible. The best entry is from the Harbourside of the Rocks. There are steps into the Cottage. The ground floor of the Cottage is level throughout. The best place for wheelchair users to view the Cottage is from the Harbour side, via Circular Quay.

Toilets:

There is no accessible toilet.

Vehicle:

Nearest parking station is 96-118 Gloucester Street, The Rocks. Taxi ranks are located on George Street (near the Regent Hotel); Albert Street (opposite Circular Quay) and on George Street, opposite the Museum of Contemporary Art (Rocks)

Bus:

A bus interchange is located opposite Circular Quay on Alfred Street. Sydney Explorer Bus (non wheelchair) stop 1 is in Cadman’s Cottage.

Train:

The nearest railway station is Circular Quay Railway Station (easy access station).

Ferry:

Alight at Circular Quay.
